Great lil hidden gem. Definitely a locals hangout, at least for breakfast. I ordered my food to go. The ham and cheese omelet was just like i like mine w/ the smaller pieces of ham but plenty of them. My friend enjoyed her meal as well. The hostess was friendly and greeted me with a smile and offered me a seat to sit down while I waited.

They are so sweet, the atmosphere is calm and relaxing, the food is an EXCELLENT price, nowhere can you find great quality and large portions for 10 including your drink, 2 rolls and all the sides. I will definitely go back soon. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because the food could be seasoned a bit more, but it could also be because older people cannot handle too much sodium? I highly recommend! I got the Chicken cordon blue and it is yummy with a pinch of salt! Update...I ordered pork tenders (they give you 2), mashed potatoes with gravy and vegetables. It was 10.47 with a coke and 2 rolls. Again, the lady is super sweet and lovely!

I would give this diner more then 5 stars. The food was delicious and the service was phenomenal! Vicky was our waitress and gave great recommendations on what to try. Shout out to the ladies that are cooking the meals. Breakfast was so good that we drove across town again to eat breakfast there before we headed back to Michigan. If your ever in the Houston area this is a spot that you must try and will not be disappointed!
